Within a certain exhaust temperature range, ammonia produced by the decomposition of urea aqueous solution is used as a reducing agent to reduce NOx in the exhaust gas to N2, so as to effectively reduce NOx emissions in the exhaust gas.
Advantages: At present, SCR catalysts for diesel engines mainly include vanadium-based SCR catalysts and zeolite-based SCR catalysts. Traditional vanad-based SCR catalyst has good sulfur resistance, low toxicity and high conversion efficiency at medium temperature. The zeolite-based SCR catalyst system has the advantages of wide temperature window, good high temperature stability, high purification efficiency, non-toxic, and its performance is obviously better than that of V2O5/WO3/TiO2 catalyst.
Vanad-based: V-SCR catalyst can meet the national V emission standards of diesel road country IV, National V and non-road small and medium power diesel engines; Molecular sieve: mainly used in road diesel engine country V, Ⅵ and non-road diesel engine country V and above emission standards
