　　In December 2001, he founded Kailong High-tech Co., LTD. (formerly Wuxi Kailong Automotive Equipment Manufacturing Co., LTD.). In the past 20 years, he has been committed to the research and development, production and sales of diesel exhaust aftertreatment systems, and led the team to take the lead in developing the first set of national IV, National V and National VI aftertreatment systems. Has supported the implementation of China's commercial vehicle diesel engine emissions regulations from four to six countries, solved the post-treatment system "jam neck" project, key technologies and parts, broke the foreign monopoly, and ensured the safety of the industry, and is currently the chairman of the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers post-treatment system Branch, the National Internal Combustion Engine Standardization Technical Committee SCR tail gas post-treatment working group leader.
